PEKIN, Ill. — Constituents in the 46th State Senate District will soon have access to their legislator in two locations. State Sen. Dave Koehler will relocate his Pekin office currently located at 13 S. Capitol Street by the first of the year. The new office will be located just blocks away in the Pekin Township Office located at 420 Elizabeth. Koehler's Pekin office will continue to specialize in services to senior citizens. A Senior Health Insurance Program counselor will be on hand to assist with issues pertaining to Medicare Part D as well as the Circuit Breaker Program and other human service needs. Constituents needing assistance in those areas may call the Pekin office at 369-1648. Koehler commented, "I feel it is important to continue to provide good constituent service to those who have relied on this office for so many years. I am especially thankful to Pekin Township Supervisor Kevin Cone for allowing us the opportunity to locate our office in the Township Building. This will provide a 'one stop shop' for constituents needing assistance from their township and their state senator." In addition to maintaining the Pekin office, Koehler will be opening his main office in Peoria at 400 NE Jefferson Suite 200 on Jan. 2. Constituents wishing to contact Koehler to discuss any state legislative issues may call the Peoria office at 677-0120. Koehler may also be reached by email at 46illinois@gmail.com.
