East Peoria Community High School Fee Pay days are from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Aug. 10 and from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Aug. 11 in the new cafeteria.
The required fees are a $130 book rental fee, which includes book rental locker usage, extracurricular participation and free admission to all home athletic events, concerts and plays; $50 behind-the wheel fee, only for students taking behind-the-wheel.
Other fees include $15 for PE clothes, $3 string pull book bags (available at registration) and $55 for a yearbook.
Returning students have the option of paying fees online this summer. Fees that can be paid online include book rental and behind-the-wheel. PE clothes can only be purchased at the school during fee pay day or after school begins. Parking permits will only be available after school begins.
All students and parents are required to complete or provide the following items at fee pay day.
• Family emergency information sheet
• All returning students who have changed residence since August 2009 are required to present proof of residency by providing two of the following documents: mortgage papers, property tax receipt, rental lease receipt, copy of renter’s or homeowner’s insurance policy, driver’s license with current address or a recent bill or mail to the new address
• Students new to the district, including all freshmen, are required to prove: an official birth certificate in the county where the student was born, custody papers (if available), a current school physical with updated shot records on the appropriate Illinois form and proof of residency with two of the documents listed above.
