Parents of the couple are Jerry and Diana Webb of East Peoria and John and Anna Cooley of Homosassa, Fla.
The Rev. Bryan Fulwider performed the double ring ceremony.
Maid of honor was Karen Schneider of Oviedo, Fla., friend of the bride.
Best man was John O’Connor of Orlando, Fla., friend of the groom.
The usher was Jim Aeschilman of Apopka, Fla., friend of the groom.
A dinner/dance reception took place at Winter Park Farmers Market in Winter Park, Fla., followed by a wedding trip to the Blue Ridge Mountains of Georgia.
The bride is a graduate of East Peoria Community High School and a graduate of Illinois State University, where she received a finance/economics degree. She is employed as a director of compliance with Picerne Management.
The groom is a graduate of Scarborough High School and a graduate of the University of Central Florida. He is employed in the engineering department at Universal Studios.
The couple lives in Orlando.
