The $50 entry fee includes: a greens fee rate of $15 per day, a Quail Meadows logo shirt, a small bucket of range balls daily and cart rental is optional.

There are no greens fees either day for Quail Meadows season pass and player’s card holders.

There are two divisions: men (ages 14-54) and senior men (ages 55 and older).

Senior men also may compete in the men’s class, but they must indicate that on their entry form. Senior men play the gold tees.

The day-one format for qualifying features: tee times beginning at 7 a.m., play starting at the first hole and an optional $5 skins game within divisions.

Second-round play includes: tee times beginning at 6:30 a.m. and flights determined by the opening-day score.

Championship Flight qualifiers will be paired according to score. All other flights will play with their requested group from the previous day.

Tee times for the second round will be available by 6 p.m. Aug. 9.

Players are asked to check in 30 minutes before their tee time. Anyone arriving late for their starting time will be disqualified.

There will be a champion crowned in each division of the open. East Peoria residents also will compete for the City championship.

Plaques will be awarded for first through third places in each championship division. There are hole contests Aug. 10.

Tee times for the first round will be set by Aug. 7. Contestants should call 694-3139.
