1. The annual Central Illinois RV Show will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday at the Peoria Civic Center Exhibit Hall. View the latest models of recreational vehicles from the nation’s top manufacturers, as well as seminars and entertainment. Admission is $10 for adults and free for children 12 and younger. The show continues through March 3.

2. PeoriaCon, a show featuring video and board games, comics, cosplay, toys, authors and speakers, along with more than 40 vendors, will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at Exposition Gardens. Admission is $10, with children ages 10 and younger admitted free.

3. Rodney Carrington will perform his comedy show at 7 p.m. at the Civic Center Theater on Saturday. Tickets are $44.75-$179.75.

4. Peoria Rivermen host the Knoxville Ice Bears at 7:15 p.m. Saturday at Carver Arena. It's Chicago Blachkhawks Night, featuring an appearance by Blackhawks Legend and Hockey Hall of Famer Bobby Hull. Also, the Rivermen will wear special Chicago Blackhawks-inspired jerseys.

5. The Film Noir Series will feature a showing of "LA Confidential" at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Peoria Public Library's downtown branch, 107 NE Monroe. The showing is hosted by Steve Tarter, Journal Star reporter.
