CREVE COEUR — An early morning fire on Tuesday destroyed a double-wide mobile home in Creve Coeur. 

Firefighters from the Creve Coeur Fire Department were called to the home, located at 701 Fisher Road, Lot 267, shortly before 6 a.m. No one was inside the structure and it didn't appear there were any injuries sustained. Firefighters were on the scene for several hours to get rid of all hot spots.

Other agencies including the Creve Coeur Police Department and firefighters from East Peoria, North Pekin, Bartonville and the Cincinnati Fire Protection District all responded for mutual aid.

The cause of the fire wasn't known Tuesday evening. There also wasn't an cost estimate for the damages.
